Refund policy

All sales are final.Due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramic artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are issued only if the item arrives damaged.We are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier.

To qualify for a refund, the customer must:

- Record a clear video while opening the package

- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Without video and photo evidence, refunds will not be issued.

If damage is confirmed, the customer must return the damaged item at their own expense before any refund is issued.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
