All ceramic items are carefully packaged. However, due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Local delivery or pickup is available for customers located in California, near Glendale.

Local delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days.

Customers will be contacted after purchase to coordinate delivery.
